- Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (Technician trades): 10th pass with ITI certificate in relevant trade and minimum 50% marks.
- X-Ray Technician: 12th Science with 60% plus 1-year Medical Radiography certificate with 2 years experience.
- Assistant Grade-1: Bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate marks.
Age Limit & Relaxation / आयु सीमा और छूट
Age limit varies between 18-30 years depending on post. Age relaxations applicable as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and ex-servicemen candidates.

Salary Details / वेतन संरचना
NPCIL offers competitive pay scales as per the 7th Pay Matrix ranging from ₹21,700 to ₹35,400 per month depending on the post. Additional allowances such as DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Medical facilities, and others are also provided.
