Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Candidates must have M.Sc or M.Tech in Water Resources Engineering, Land and Water Resources Engineering, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Hydrology, Water Resources Development and Management, Remote Sensing and GIS or equivalent.
- Candidates with valid GATE/NET qualification in the relevant discipline will be preferred.
- Desirable Experience: Hands-on knowledge in AI/ML applications, land-water balance assessment, nutrient degradation, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, remote sensing/GIS, and programming languages like Python, R, or MATLAB.
- Practical experience in water chemistry, water treatment, formulation preparation, stability testing, and water quality analysis is highly valued.
- Preference to candidates with research or field experience in agricultural engineering (soil and water), geo-informatics, and allied fields.

अधिक्षमताएँ: AI और ML, लैंड और वाटर बैलेंस का परीक्षण, पोषक तत्वों का क्षरण, ग्रीनहाउस गैस उत्सर्जन, रिमोट सेंसिंग/जीआईएस, तथा पायथन/आर/मैटलैब जैसी भाषाओं का व्यवहारिक अनुभव जरूरी है। जल रसायन विज्ञान, जल शोधन तथा परीक्षण में हाथों-हाथ प्रयोगात्मक अनुभव वांछनीय है।

Selected candidate will receive a stipend of ₹37,000 per month plus HRA as per the institute norms. The appointment is on a contractual basis and valid up to 15 May 2027.
चयनित उम्मीदवार को मासिक ₹37,000 का स्टाइपेंड मिलेगा साथ ही संस्थान के नियमों के अनुसार HRA भी प्रदान किया जाएगा। नियुक्ति संविदात्मक है जो 15 मई 2027 तक वैध है।
