Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मापदंड
To apply for Research Assistant and Field Assistant posts at BITS Pilani Goa Campus, candidates must hold a Master's degree in any social science discipline with at least 55% marks. The RA position requires a minimum of one year research experience and a valid driving license. Preference is given to candidates holding PhD, MPhil, or MRes degrees. Fluency in English (written) and Konkani (spoken), and knowledge of rural fieldwork in Goa is desirable. Candidates from tribal communities of Goa will be preferred.
बीआईटीएस पिलानी गोवा कैंपस में रिसर्च असिस्टेंट और फील्ड असिस्टेंट पदों के लिए सामाजिक विज्ञान की किसी भी शाखा में 55% अंकों के साथ मास्टर्स डिग्री अनिवार्य है। RA पद के लिए कम से कम एक वर्ष का शोध अनुभव और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस आवश्यक है। PhD, MPhil या MRes डिग्रीधारक उम्मीदवारों को वरीयता दी जाएगी। अंग्रेजी लिखित में और कोंकणी बोली में दक्षता होनी चाहिए। गोवा के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में फील्ड कार्य का अनुभव वांछनीय है। गोवा के जनजातीय समुदायों के उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
Salary & Duration / वेतन और अवधि
The Research Assistant will receive a consolidated salary between ₹30,000 and ₹35,000 per month with a tenure of approximately 11 months. Field Assistants will earn ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 monthly with contract duration between 5 to 6 months. The positions are temporary and financed by a Government Tribal Research Institute project. Fieldwork expenses will be reimbursed separately.
रिसर्च असिस्टेंट को ₹30,000 से ₹35,000 प्रति माह मानदेय मिलेगा जिसकी अवधि लगभग 11 महीने होगी। फील्ड असिस्टेंट्स को ₹20,000 से ₹25,000 मासिक वेतन मिलेगा तथा पद की अवधि 5 से 6 महीने के बीच है। ये पद अस्थायी हैं और एक सरकारी जनजातीय अनुसंधान परियोजना के तहत वित्तपोषित हैं। फील्ड वर्क के खर्च अलग से भरे जाएंगे।
Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
Applications will be screened based on eligibility and research experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an online interview conducted by BITS Pilani Goa Campus. Only selected candidates will be contacted via email. Final joining is expected before January 2026.
