- Candidates should have experience or be deputed/foreign service employees from Central/State/PSU/Autonomous organizations.

Job Profile – कार्य विवरण
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze MIS related to HOs, SOs, BOs, IBCs within the area.
- Conduct field visits and promote IPPB business through camps and melas.
- Assist end-users in device handling, queries, and raise system issues to technology partners.
- Onboard end-users by allocating devices, SIM cards, inventories, and conducting training.

Salary Details – वेतन विवरण
Employees appointed on deputation/foreign service may draw pay as per their parent cadre pay scale plus deputation allowance, personal pay (if any), or the pay scale of deputation post as per choice.

- Merit list will be prepared based on graduation marks, banking outlet wise.
- The Bank reserves the right to conduct Assessment/Online Test/Group Discussion/Interview.
- In case of tie in percentage, candidate with earlier DOB will be preferred.
- Candidates must enter the accurate graduation percentage up to two decimals.
