The Research Associate position offered by NPOL DRDO is specially designed for highly qualified candidates who have completed their PhD in Ocean Science or related fields, or those with an M.Tech in Ocean Technology possessing at least three years of post-qualification research or teaching experience along with a publication in an SCI journal. This role involves advanced research work in oceanographic and naval technologies at the Kochi-based DRDO lab.

Eligibility Criteria / योग्यता
- PhD in Ocean Science or allied subjects from a recognized university
प्रासंगिक विषयों में मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से पीएचडी - OR M.Tech in Ocean Technology with at least 3 years post-qualification research/teaching experience and 1 SCI journal publication
या एम.टेक जोशीला अनुसंधान या शिक्षण अनुभव के साथ - Candidates working in Government, PSU or autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel

Age Limit / आयु सीमा
Maximum age limit is 35 years as on closing date. Age relaxation applies as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Salary & Benefits / वेतन और लाभ
Selected candidate will receive a stipend of Rs. 54,000 per month plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per rules.
