Eligibility Criteria (योग्यता और पात्रता)

Assistant Manager (असिस्टेंट मैनेजर)

Candidate must have a Graduation degree in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Management, review, and analysis of MIS data at various banking outlets.
• Conducting field visits to Head Offices, Sub Offices, Branch Offices, and Individual Business Correspondents.
• Supporting last-mile users in resolving queries about business operations and handling devices.
• Onboarding users by allocating necessary resources like devices, SIM cards, inventory, and training manuals.

Candidate must have Graduation degree in any discipline.

• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to boost sales.
• Promote all available banking products and revenue generation.
• Onboard and activate individual business correspondents.
• Organize sales campaigns in assigned areas and interact with banking outlets for business growth.

Salary & Allowances (वेतन और भत्ते)

Candidates appointed on deputation/foreign service may choose to draw pay either as per the deputation post scale or their basic pay plus deputation allowance from their parent cadre along with any personal pay.

Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया)

The selection will primarily be based on the merit of graduation marks. However, IPPB reserves the right to conduct assessment tests, online exams, group discussions, or interviews if required. In case of equal graduation percentage, the older candidate will be preferred.
