Reservation Details / आरक्षण विवरण
Reservation under CAP is applicable only for Maharashtra State candidates. For example, OBC candidates from Maharashtra get 19% reservation seats. Candidates from outside Maharashtra, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, migrants, or Gulf countries do not get these reserved benefits.
CAP के अंतर्गत आरक्षण केवल महाराष्ट्र राज्य के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए लागू है। उदाहरण के लिए, महाराष्ट्र के OBC वर्ग को 19% आरक्षित सीटें मिलती हैं। बाहरी महाराष्ट्र, जम्मू-कश्मीर, लद्दाख, एवं विदेशी श्रमिकों के लिए यह आरक्षण लागू नहीं होता है।

MHT CET 2026 CAP Round 1 Seat Allotment Process / सीट आवंटन प्रक्रिया
The allotment is based on merit rank in MHT CET (or JEE Main/Class 12 marks wherever applicable), category reservation, candidate’s preferences, and seat availability in institutes. Higher preferences are prioritized, and once a seat is allotted, lower preferences are disregarded for that round.
