Eligibility Criteria / योग्यता मानदंड

English

• Branch Managers: Graduate in any discipline with CAIIB/JAIIB preferred. Minimum 5 to 7 years’ branch banking experience as an Assistant Manager or above, with branch leadership exposure.
• Head IBD: Graduate with Degree/Diploma in Trade Finance. CAIIB preferred. At least 15 years of banking experience in an executive cadre.
• AGM / Dy. GM - Operations: Graduate with relevant banking experience. Responsible for managing customer grievances, regulatory compliance, and coordination with RBI and other departments.
• AGM - Recovery: CAIIB and LLB graduates with specialized experience in recovery, Non-Performing Assets (NPA) management, and legal follow-ups.
