Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
Candidates must hold any Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. There is no specification of discipline. The applicant should be proficient in shorthand and typing as per the selection process requirements.

Application Fees / आवेदन शुल्क
Candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of ₹1000 via SBI Collect online payment gateway. Instructions for payment are provided in the user manual. Fee payment is mandatory to consider the application. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
The selection will be through a three-stage process:
1. Shorthand Test (40 marks) – Minimum passing marks: 24
2. Typing Test (40 marks) – Minimum passing marks: 20
3. Viva-voce (Interview) (20 marks) – Minimum passing marks: 8
Candidates must qualify each stage to progress to the next. Shorthand dictation tests and typing tests will be conducted on computer systems.
