- Executive Director (Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering with First Class Manager Certificate of Competency from DGMS for Iron-ore.
खनन इंजीनियरिंग में डिग्री एवं DGMS से प्रथम श्रेणी प्रबंधक प्रमाण पत्र (आयरन ओरे) अनिवार्य। - Chief General Manager (HR): Graduation with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Sociology, Social Work, Labour Welfare, Personnel Management, IR/IRPM/HR/HRM or MBA in related field (minimum 2 years full time).
स्नातक के साथ सोशियोलॉजी, सामाजिक कार्य, श्रम कल्याण, पर्सनल मैनेजमेंट, IR/IRPM/HR/HRM में पीजी डिग्री/डिप्लोमा या संबंधित क्षेत्र में MBA। - Chief General Manager (Coal): Degree in Mining Engineering and First Class Manager Certificate of Competency under CMR from DGMS for coal.
