Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Clerk 2025
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification approved by the Government of India.
Age Limit
The candidate must be between 20 to 28 years of age as of 1st August 2025. This means the date of birth should be between 2nd August 1997 and 1st August 2005 (both inclusive).

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a starting salary in the pay scale of ₹24,050 to ₹64,480 along with other allowances as per the participating banks' rules. The detailed pay scale is as follows:

- ₹28,070 - ₹1,650 × 3 increments (₹33,020)
- ₹33,020 - ₹2,000 × 4 increments (₹41,020)
